Wooden blinds failed to block out the light effectively, and the shared bathroom situation was less than ideal, becoming smelly and damp after use. The heating control was non-existent, leaving me cold during the night, and the bath towels were rather dismal. The claim of a recent refurbishment felt off given the state of the room.
